A journey into Tranquillity
Join us on a yoga journey in Southern Thailand for a unique blend of yoga, mediation, adventure and relaxation. The yoga week is taking place on Koh Lanta, a beautiful island, still largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism.
Through yoga, meditation, and pranayama you will find deep relaxation and connect with your inner being. You will revitalize and feel more balanced. We offer yoga two times a day along with some other activities on the island.
You will discover Thailand’s most beautiful nature, islands and beaches. The exquisite Thai kitchen, the breathtaking sunsets and the colorful markets will delight your senses. The adventurers amongst us can go snorkeling, canoeing, make a jungle trek in the National Park. You can explore the island Koh Lanta by bicycle or scooter, take a Thai cookery class, visit the local markets, get a massage or just let go and relax.
