Join us for a wonderful mix of nature, yoga, hiking and adventure.
Yoga adventure in Thailand

Join us on a yoga journey in Northern and Thailand for a unique blend of yoga, mediation, adventure and relaxation. During this 10 days we will explore Northern Thailand (Chiangmai) and the South (Koh Lanta), a beautiful island, still largely undiscovered by mainstream tourism.
Through yoga, meditation, and connection with nature you will find deep relaxation and connect with your inner being. You will revitalize and feel more balanced. We offer yoga two times a day along with some other activities on the island.
You will discover Thailand’s most beautiful nature, islands and beaches. The exquisite Thai kitchen, the breathtaking sunsets and the colorful markets will delight your senses. The adventurers amongst us can go snorkeling, canoeing, make a jungle trek in the National Park. You can explore the island Koh Lanta by bicycle or scooter, take a Thai cookery class, visit the local markets, get a massage or just let go and relax.
