Day retreat in Flanders Fields

Life moves fast.
Full days, a full head, always something to respond to.
And often, that doesn’t leave much space to pause. Often that leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves.
This day retreat is a simple invitation to step out of that rhythm for a moment, to slow down, move your body in healthy ways, spend time in nature, ground and reconnect with yourself. So you can stay rooted in stormy weather.
What to expect
We spend the day in nature, ground ourselves, create space in our body and mind, recharge & reset, both physically, mentally, energetically.
We start the day with a slow, feel-good vinyasa flow and meditation to help you land in your body, and step away from the busyness of daily life.
After that, we share a delicious, nourishing brunch and take time to connect in a relaxed way with like-minded people.
In the afternoon, we head out for a 1.5 to 2-hour hike in the beautiful surroundings of Flanders Fields, fresh air, movement, and space to breathe.
We close the day with a deeply nurturing session: yin yoga, myofascial release to help your body let go of tension, your mind slow down and your nervous system to reset. We end with some journalling, self-reflection and a sharing circle.
