Payment and Refund Policy
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your place.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat.
- If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before the retreat start date, the full amount is due immediately upon booking.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- The deposit is non-refundable (you can find someone else to take your spot).
- Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the retreat will forfeit the deposit only.
- Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable in full, as we incur costs that cannot be recovered at that stage.
- We strongly recommend you purchase your own travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
3. Cancellation by Us
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason (including minimum participant numbers not being met, unforeseen events, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
- We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred (such as airfare, insurance, or other travel expenses), so we recommend flexible travel arrangements and insurance.
