Over the years Annick enjoyed different teacher trainings and she continues to deepen her practice on a daily basis. Her very first 200 hours training was Ashtanga based. Very soon after, she evolved towards vinyasa and the fluid style of yoga. Annick studied Yin and Meditation with Sarah Powers and in 2016 she completed a 300 hours advanced training with Radiantly Alive in Bali. Since 2015 she is part of an ongoing 500 hours training with Tiffany Cruishank from Yoga Medicine, where she continues to broaden her knowledge on functional anatomy, human physiology and yoga therapy. She completed modules on the Spine, Hips, the Shoulder and Myofascia Release. Her aim is to apply yoga in a therapeutic way.
Since a couple of years, Annick has been practicing with Meghan Currie, who is known for her challenging and sophisticated Vinyasa flow style.
Annick has a daily meditation practice. Her mission is to inspire you to lead a healthy and happy life to your fullest potential.
